Try a romance novel on...for Sighs!

Hi, and welcome to my world.

I'm USA Today Bestselling Author, which you may already know if you heard me shouting from the rooftop in the fall of 2014 when the boxed set Sweet Christmas Kisses hit that list.

I write in two series of  small-town romance and women's fiction, with characters you'll wish lived in your neighborhood. In fact, readers have said they'd like to move to the small towns I write about. And you can move there too--sort of--by reading the books. Please click on the Legend tab above for Legend, Tennessee books, and the Serendipity tab for my new series set in Serendipity, Indiana.

My stories are "sweet" romance. We like to refer to it as just enough spice, but the lid's still on the jar.

Emily's Dreams, Book Two of the Serendipity, Indiana series.

Emily Kincaid was seriously injured in a car wreck (Small Town Christmas). Now she has to figure out how to live instead of simply surviving. Her past includes a series of broken relationships and dead-end jobs, but her future is a giant question mark. Everybody wants to help--the nurse aide Emily can't stand, Emily's grandmother who had the perfect marriage and wants Emily to find the right man, and her teenage sisters who are eager to get her out of their way. David Standish wants to help too, but he's the guy Emily can never have. He's older, and cosmopolitan while she's Serendipity-boring...

And on top of all this, there's the voice in Emily's head that keeps giving her advice she can't understand.

Come to Serendipity, and believe in the magic of Love!

Christmas Wedding, Book Three in the Serendipity, Indiana series, will release this fall.

Dec. 1: Jim Standish is ready—right this minute—to marry the love of his life, but Melissa Singer wants the day to be one they’ll look back on forever. Planning and execution time: 25 days. Will it be possible to create the perfect Christmas Wedding?

If you love Legend, Tennessee, you'll want this collection of four sweet romance Christmas short stories. Small Town Christmas in Legend, Tennessee is coming this fall from Janet Eaves, Jan Scarbrough, Maddie James and myself.

In my story, Christmas Charm, you'll revisit some of your favorite McClain family members, and meet Anne McClain Bradley's son Christopher--and his girlfriend Meg.
